A complex suite of softwares for the company that enables lead generation, tracking and communication. We stitched up different services like folloupboss CRM, twilio, slack api etc... to allow the client keep a track of lead communication. We even designed an IVR using twilio programmable voice to initiate automated calls and call forwarding to an available agent if any client receives the call.
